Our story

The Cleaning Company Limited was established in 2014 by Clair who is the director of the company. After leaving the NHS, Clair was not sure which direction she wanted to go in so she started to clean a few residential properties until she decided. To her complete surprise she thoroughly enjoyed what she was doing, the people she was meeting and also the satisfaction cleaning gave her. This continued for 2 years with her client base growing rapidly. At this time she employed 4 staff to help, her  growing client base. Fast forward to 2024, Clair has 72 employees which range from cleaners, window cleaners, carpet cleaners and a fun and busy office staff of 4. Clair is still hands on and you will often see her on cleans with her staff.
